Hirers must attend an induction session and comply with the risk assessment.

Bike Pool:
1. Setup an Account and Add Payment Method, selecting the bike pool membership
2. Browse the available bikes in our inventory
3. Select a bike and reserve for the dates required
4. Await approval - on Tuesdays our staff will approve hires and email a collection time and date
5. Attend the collection - this will normally be a Wednesday
6. Trial your reserved bike
7. Keep or change bike as suits
8. Process the payment & deposit and start your hire!

Tool Share
1. Setup an Account and select the Toolshare Membership
2. Search MyTurn and reserve the tool you require.
3. Bookings and returns completed by on Tuesdays.
4. Each week, the earliest collection is on the Thursday at one of our 24/7 tool lockers. The location will be confirmed by email.
Tools can be reserved for a maximum of 13 days.
